The Final Frame Advisory Board unites industry-leading figures – award-winning filmmakers, executive producers, colourists, editors, sound supervisors, commissioners, and film programmers – who define the standard for global storytelling. With a proven ability to identify and champion emerging creative voices, the Board brings both expertise and vision to the fund.
Alongside the directors from the 2025 cohort, their insight and influence will guide the selection of future films and help shape Final Frame as it grows into a cultural force.

With over a decade in advertising and film across London, New York and Berlin, Jack has have developed and produced commercials, branded entertainment and social-first content for both agencies and production companies.
His experience blends creative, cultural and commercial insight with strong leadership and business management. They’ve worked with The Mill, Eleanor Films, BBH, ACNE, Condé Nast, Platform13 and Mission Media, before landing at Okaystudio.

Leonn Ward is an Irish director and photographer based in London, celebrated for capturing vibrant intimacy and putting individual style and character at the heart of her storytelling.
Committed to diversity and representation, she has directed equality campaigns for Google and body-confidence initiatives for Dior. Her short films have been featured in Cannes’ official Voice of a Woman selection.
In fashion, Leonn has worked with Vogue, Topshop, Adidas, Isabel Marant, and Stella McCartney, blending editorial precision with cinematic storytelling to create work that is visually striking, emotionally resonant, and culturally relevant.

Janvier Wete is a London-based entrepreneur and filmmaker, founder and CEO of the streaming platform Minute Shorts. He began his career at age 20 by producing a TV-pilot called “Made in Brixton”, then worked for major organisations including Channel 4 and Vice Media.
Frustrated by the limitations of short-film festivals, he launched Minute Shorts to allow filmmakers broader distribution and monetisation.

Winnie Cheung is a multidisciplinary storyteller whose work spans film, television, installation, and performance. Blending fantastical cinema, commercial aesthetics, and myth-making, she creates sensorial, emotionally intelligent narratives.
A Cannes Lions and Ciclope Awards winner, her films have screened at Sundance, SXSW, and Rotterdam. As an editor, she has collaborated with Nike, Google, and Coca-Cola, working alongside directors such as Michael Barth & Pham, Elena Vazintaris, and Toddy Stewart.
With roots in directing and experimental film, Cheung’s intuitive, lyrical approach brings rhythm and depth to both commercial and narrative storytelling.

Recognised globally for her award-winning work for some of the industry’s most influential directors, such as François Rousselet, Dorian & Daniel, Henry Schofield and Aube Perrie.
Marina has worked on global campaigns for Aldi, NFL, Coach, Hyundai and Mercedes, and most recently won Gold for Best Colour Grading at Ciclope and AICP.

Film Executive at Somesuch, where he develops feature films and executive produces shorts as part of their growing cinematic division.
He joined Somesuch in 2018 and, in 2023, was appointed to lead its new features slate. Over his career, Scott has worked across a broad range of formats, from feature films and short films to commercials, music videos, and digital content.
His notable credits include the Oscar-winning short The Long Goodbye, developed with Somesuch, and the feature Sweet Sue, directed by Leo Leigh.

William McGregor is a BAFTA-winning writer and director from Norfolk, England, known for his lyrical blend of magical realism and fantasy. At 22, he joined The Mill as a commercials director, crafting Cannes Lions–winning campaigns for brands like Cartier, Google, and BMW.
His debut feature Gwen premiered at TIFF, winning two Welsh BAFTAs and earning BIFA nominations. A graduate of the University for the Creative Arts, his student film Who’s Afraid of the Water Sprite? won 10 international awards. William has since directed major series for HBO, Netflix, and Apple and continues developing film and long-form projects.

Charlie Gatsky is a creative executive and producer and President of Brands & Entertainment at Uncommon Creative Studio, where she leads global brand, film and entertainment projects across advertising, long-form and cultural storytelling.
Formerly working across advertising, music and live entertainment at companies including BBH, Warner Music and Driift, Gatsky has produced award-winning work for brands such as British Airways, EA Games and Jordan, as well as critically acclaimed films including This Much I Know to Be True. She is known for championing ambitious, culturally resonant storytelling and serves on the board of British Arrows.

Ayla Owen is a London-based music supervisor and creative executive. She began her career in indie label management before moving into music supervision for TV and advertising, founding BBH’s in-house division Black Sheep Music. Formerly VP of Sync & Creative Services at Warner Chappell Music Europe, she is now Managing Director at 45RPM.
Known for championing early music involvement in storytelling, Owen also advocates for mental health and authenticity in leadership, inspired by personal loss. She serves as Co-Chair of the UK & European Guild of Music Supervisors’ Senior Board.

Femi Oladigbolu is an award-winning writer-director from South London with Nigerian heritage. Femi's talent lies in subtle storytelling, creating warmth and affinity for characters through thick subtext and light humor.
In 2022, Femi won a writing competition run by BBH and directed his latest short film, 'Oba,' which has been screened at several BAFTA and Oscar Qualifying international festivals.
Femi also has an extensive background in directing commercials and music videos; his videos have amassed millions of views. His video for Pa Salieu's "My Family" won the UKMVA for best hip-hop video, and he was nominated for best new director in the same year. Since then, he has been nominated five times in different categories.

Nnena Nwakodo is the Global Head of Music Videos and Executive Producer at Magna Studios, overseeing music video production from London. Formerly at Pulse Films and BBH, she has delivered award-winning work for leading artists and global brands.
A passionate advocate for emerging creatives, she co-founded Unsigned, an initiative spotlighting underrepresented photographers, illustrators, and filmmakers.
Nnena also mentors through Apprentice Nation and the London Screen Academy, helping shape the next generation of diverse voices. In 2025, she served as a jury member at the Ciclope Awards, further cementing her influence within the creative industry.

Tom Pullen is an accomplished Commissioner and Executive Producer with a versatile background in scripted drama, comedy, and documentary content.
Currently working as a digital commissioner at Channel 4, Pullen’s greatest strength is delivering compelling and award-winning projects, strategic planning, project development and creative execution.
He’s objective within the industry is producing meaningful and impactful content that resonates with audiences as well as finding and nurturing new creative voices.

Nikolaj Belzer is the founder and CEO of OkayStudio, a London-and-Berlin-based creative post-production company specialising in editing, colour and VFX.
Once a filmmaker and editor himself, he now focuses on setting strategic direction, nurturing talent and building a creative culture rooted in collaboration and craft. His work includes high-profile campaigns for brands such as Nike, Givenchy, On Running and Louis Vuitton.

Sarah Smith is Associate Editor at Directors Notes, where she champions independent filmmaking and global cinematic storytelling. Alongside her editorial work, she brings extensive festival experience, from MC and juror duties to previously serving as Deputy Director of Brighton Rocks, helping grow it into a BIFA‑qualifying event. Smith also produces for the film collective ‘The Imaginary Project’ and contributes freelance writing to publications including 1.4 and Shots Magazine.
Known for amplifying emerging voices and fostering creative community across film culture, she plays an active role in connecting filmmakers and audiences worldwide.

Christopher Chuky is a multi-disciplinary director and artist working across short films, commercials, theatre, and music videos. His award-winning shorts include False Men, a Shakespearean adaptation of Othello that screened at major festivals and earned accolades, such as the London Short Film Festival and the BFI Future Festival.
Recognised on The Blacklist: GUAP Magazine’s 30 Under 30, and named one of New Wave’s Top 10 Directors, Christopher’s music videos have garnered international acclaim. His work has been celebrated by platforms such as Take More Photos and Instagram’s UK Black History Month campaign. Now a BAFTA Connect member, Christopher continues to build a bold and distinctive body of work that celebrates culture, identity, and storytelling with emotional and visual power.

Olly’s first career was in-front of the camera as a professional breakdancer. During which time he learnt piano for 10 years in order to surprise his Dad live on BBC One with a performance for his birthday That documentary was broadcast on The Today Show and got over 30 million views online and accepted into 10 festivals.
His first ever feature script - which was only in its 3rd draft - was selected in the top 1% of 4287 submissions by the BBC Voices program 2023, confirming him as one of the UK’s top, up-and-coming screenwriters. He then raised £50k in private finance to make the proof of concept short, which was recently featured in The Hollywood Reporter and has just started its festival circuit with two selections in since September.

Tobi Kyeremateng is a BAFTA-winning producer from South London, working across film, television, and artists’ moving image. She has produced shorts like Leaving Ikorodu in 1999 and 1 UP, and is Associate Producer on Philippa Lowthorpe’s H Is for Hawk and Harry Lighton’s Cannes Un Certain Regard debut Pillion.
Through her company THEM ONES, she is developing features with BBC Film, including projects by Kosar Ali and Vivian Oparah. Recognized in Forbes’ 30 Under 30 Europe, BAFTA Elevate, and BFI NETWORK@LFF, she won the Netflix New Talent Award 2023 and serves on the National Youth Theatre board.

Niyadre is an award winning director based in London. His work captures the essence of an artist’s lyrics and sound through powerful symbolism and picturesque imagery, often achieved with the nostalgic and textured qualities of 16mm film, his preferred medium.
With work featured in Dazed, Wonderland and Harpers Bazaar, the self-taught director has gained recognition for his work with JADE, EVE, Myles Smith and Rudimental, which has amassed millions views since their release, and for his continued art direction with R&B artists such as BINA. Most recently, Niya’s debut BFI funded film 'Beyond The Rush' premiered at the London Film Festival and earned the Best Breakthrough Film award at Luton’s Bute Street Film Festival.

Liv Little is a writer and filmmaker of Jamaican and Guyanese heritage, born and raised in South London. Her work spans film, television and fiction, with a focus on bold, character-led stories shaped by contemporary culture. In film and TV, Liv works as a screenwriter, script editor and creative producer. She has written for The Flatshare (Series 2), worked in writers’ rooms for See-Saw Films, Left Bank Pictures and Paramount+, and served as Script Editor on Victoria’s Secret: The Tour ’23. Her original pilot Paradise was featured on the Brit List, and she is developing several original projects, including her debut feature film with BBC Film and Parkville Pictures.
Alongside her screen work, Liv is the author of the bestselling novel Rosewater and her second novel, Bitter Melon, is forthcoming in 2026.
